February 2nd was National Women in Roofing (NWIR) Day down in Dallas. A premier seminar for women in the roofing industry. At NWIR Day, there were sessions designed to help bridge that gap between learning the latest application techniques, creating a company culture that attracts and retains talent, or developing short-term and long-term business strategies.
