I visited the site many times and had great conversation with workforce and they were very pleasant. The updates onsite were spot on – issues brought to our attention and constant management of the force was nice to experience. The cleanup everyday was fantastic and the final clean was impeccable. In a world where it seems like we are always only hearing the “bad” this GOOD news should be relayed to your employees. After interviewing three local roofing contractors in the Tacoma area, it became clear not all roofing contractors are equal. Utilizing Wayne’s roofing for our project was a great decision. Mike Trout at Wayne’s Roofing was by far the most knowledgeable and responsive. We received detailed quotations and explanations regarding the various roofing options for our building. We unfortunately experienced two leaks after the new roof was installed. We understand mistakes happen, it’s how you handle the faults that matter. Wayne’s roofing was onsite same day to repair, dry the affected area, and return to clean up. Ten months later we have had no issues with the roof. I will use Wayne’s Roofing again in the future.
