Wayne’s Roofing, Inc., was recognized by the Associated General Contractors of Washington (AGC) this July, as a top performer for Safety and Claims Management. The award recognizes their efforts in providing a safe workplace and assisting injured workers return to work. Wayne’s is in the Top 8 for the lowest .EMR of .52, and for maintaining a 19 year average of .65

Wayne’s Roofing has consistently achieved lower than average experience modification premium rates.
Their last five years of EMR history is as follows: 2021 EMR .5256, 2020 EMR .6322, 2019 EMR .5284, 2018 EMR .5508, 2017 EMR .5387, and 2016 EMR .5558.
As a long-time member of AGC’s Safety Team program and Retro program, their practices in terms of both safety and risk management are consistent. For Safety Team they undergo an annual paperwork and jobsite safety audit to ensure their program meets and/or exceeds Labor and Industries (L&I) requirements and is effective in practice.
