March 2-8, 2025 is Women In Construction Week (WIC).
WIC Week™, or Women in Construction Week™, celebrates and promotes the role of women in the construction industry. The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) held the first WIC Week in 1998 and it has grown and expanded each year since.
Wayne's Roofing proudly celebrates the remarkable contributions of women across our organization. This year's theme, "Together We Rise," perfectly captures the collaborative spirit and strength that women bring to our industry every day.
