Project: Hunt Middle School, Round Building Reroof

Subcontractor: Scott & From – Sheet Metal & Trim

Subcontractor: Dill Brothers – Carpentry & Painting

Scope of Work:

• Remove the existing roof system down to the plywood deck

• Install a new Soprema 2-Ply SBS roof system

• Scott and From sub work includes: installing new gutters, sheet metal flashing and trim, and beam enclosures.   As well as installing new louvers at the cupola

• Dill Brothers sub work includes Reframing eaves to remove the existing built-in gutters, residing, and painting the exposed beams.

FACT: WRI re-roofed this building back in 1982. The white/black geodesic coating that WRI installed can be seen in the “timelapse” feature on google earth.
