Consisting of the following:

• Approximately 35,000 sq. ft., complete tear-off with APP 3-Ply & Standing Seam Steel Reroof

• Extensive seismic upgrading to include 1-1/8” T&G plywood diaphragm with metal strapping at main gym and substantial seismic steel bracing at interior of auxiliary gym

• Project included a substantial amount of masonry work, including addition of helical ties and steel angle ledgers

• Project topography and building placement required use of portable crane for safety & efficiency
